Music & Entertainment

If music is the food of love. play on!

Choosing the music and entertainment to set the mood for the occasion can be a daunting task. We endeavor to make it easier, having a troupe of professional entertainers and musicians for you to choose from. We can arrange you to view them prior to the event to ensure they are exactly what you are looking for. There is a staggering variety be it shehanai players, brass or pipe band, folk dancers, Bollywood style show or one of our international DJ's. If you pick a themed event than the chances are you will want a specialized performance to compliment it all. Don't forget to start thinking about that special song.

Food & Beverage

"love is the water of life, drink it down with heart and soul"

The most important and difficult decision to make would be the kind of food to serve at your wedding .Our executive chef will take you through various options depending on your theme and the make up of your guest list. It can be as simple as a wine and Hors d'ouevres reception or a complicated south Indian sitdown thali meal. Even your favourite family recipe could be included in the menu.

Ceremony

Today I decided to marry a friend.

We would guide and assist you in the ceremony you wish to have, religious or non religious.

Mandaps can be made in the hall or in the gardens for Vedic Hindu ceremonies. Our decorator can make a flower arch or a garden chapel in whichever venue you choose. Watch the bride and groom say the vows face framed by a Hyderabadi rock, symbolising strength, security and everlasting love. We can also assist you in getting a Priest, Moulavi, or Pandit.

Bridal Shower

Celebrate your bridal shower or sangeet with song and dance to fiery Punjabi numbers or the favourite Bollywood hits, this is the day to let your hair down. We will assist you with band, music and décor .This could also be combined with Mehndi.

Honeymoon

Now its time for just the two of you.

Why not take up one of our luxurious suites here at Leonia and enjoy being pampered from head to foot.

Wedding Night

This is the first night of the rest of you lives together. Whether to start with a “Bubbly” or "Badaam ka Doodh", the choice is yours. Long stemmed roses, strawberries add to the mood, jasmine spread over the bed and a beautiful love poem complete the ambience.

Invitations & Favours

Now you have everything planned, the date is fixed and the venue decided. Its time to send the invitations out, we can assist you in designing your wedding card, manage your guest lists, also receive and manage RSVPs

Whatever treasure you wish to give away to the guests as a symbol of your gratitude, we shall assist you in procuring it. Choose a wedding favour that suits your style, eco friendly or edible, we will ensure that it is beautifully packaged and leave a lasting Impression!

Cake

It has to be chocolate!

Ancient Romans would bake a cake made of wheat or barley and break it over the bride's head as a symbol of her fertility. It became tradition to pile up several small cakes, one on top of the other, as high as they could, and the bride and groom would kiss over the tower and try not to knock it down. If they were successful, it meant a lifetime of prosperity.

Traditionally, wedding cakes have three tiers and are covered with Royal Icing. This doesn't mean that your cake has to be traditional. Colours, chocolate and fresh flowers are gaining much popularity.

There is no right or wrong way to decorate you cake, so have fun while you explore your options. The cake can be designed and baked by our chef.

Video & Photography

You get to meet the photographer in advance who knows and understands the venue, so that you could brief them on the photographs required. It would be great if we could have a "director” from the family who ensure that all the family is photographed. This could also help in rounding up the family for the pictures. There's nothing worse than realizing you didn't get a picture with grandma. The video recorder will have extensive knowledge of our working so they know where to stand for the best shots, the lighting needs and so on. We can also supply some stock video to show more of the venue if required.

Transport

Guest management can be a real headache, airport transfers, getting the family to and fro. Well you leave it to us we will make the arrangements and ensure everybody is where they need to be on time! For more transport information

Its important that you look your very best on the big day, not just the bride and the groom but the family also!
