Q. What is the child and extra bed policy?
The child below 5 years of age can stay in the guest room with the parents with no extra charge. Children between 05-10 years of age can be accommodated in the room with/without extra bed at an additional charge of INR 1000 plus applicable taxes. Children above 10 years of age will be considered adults.
Extra bed would be charged at INR 2000 plus applicable taxes with a maximum of 1 adult in each room.

Q. What is the Check in and Check out time?
The check in and check out time is 1400 and 1200 hrs respectively.

Q. What if I extent my stay than the check out time?
If guest extend the check out time, half day room rate will be charged and will be entertained only based on the availability. Late check out after 1600hrs can be guaranteed if an additional night is booked at the time of reservation.
To guarantee early check in, pre registration of previous night accommodation is required.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations for the reservations must be received at least two (2) days prior to the guest arrival. If cancellation of the guaranteed reservations is not received by the required deadline, one night room charges will be charged as a retention fees.
