Overview:
A bath where steam bathes every pore of your body. You are made to sit in a tub where steam pierces through your clogged pores to clean it up and bring out the sweat and toxins as you perspire profusely. Wet sauna is also called as Steam bath. This bath dates back to the emperors of Rome who used to steam bathe to relieve themselves of the war fatigue. It operates at temperatures between 43°C and 46°C and a relative humidity above 100 per cent.
Experience:
As the steam touches your skin, the moist heat stimulates the subcutaneous blood flow and cleanses the skin intensively, opening the pores, removing dead skin and impurities and leaving the skin feeling soft, clean and silky smooth. You can feel your blood circulation improving with the first ten minutes of being in the steam bath.
