Coordination training
The idea of coordination contains different factors as balance, rhythm, timing, regulation of power, locomotion, power of reaction and others; the more experience the athletes gain in those skills the faster and more exact they can assess information which are essential for the athletes’ actions. Lactate test
A Lactate Threshold Test is a stressful, semi-endurance based test that is carried out to exhaustion. The test duration is obviously variable as the time taken and is dependent on the fitness of the testing athlete, although they rarely last more than twenty minutes. This test is used to determine an athlete's power and heart rate at their lactate threshold. The point at which lactic acid is being produced quicker than it can be metabolized. An athlete able to produce the most power, for the most time without crossing their lactate threshold is the one most likely to win the race. Sports Injuries rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of the acute athletic injuries is given in various phases such as mobilization, ultrasound deep heating, assisted passive movements, supervised progressive exercises, coordinated movements and finally cardio-respiratory fitness so as to enable him to return to competition. Rehabilitation for Bells palsy
Bells palsy is a condition that causes the facial muscles to weaken or become paralyzed. It's caused by trauma to the 7th cranial nerve. The quality and duration of recovery is dependent on the severity of the initial injury. If the nerve has suffered nothing more than a mild trauma, recovery can be very fast, taking several days to several weeks. An "average" recovery is likely to take between a few weeks and a few months. Book an appointment with the doctor for a consultation and evaluation!
